6. Post to my Facebook page and advertise listing post
7. Provide you with link to share listing
8. Notify agents in my office and region about the property
9. Promote home with internet ads
10. Post home on agent and buyer buy/sell pages
11. Hold a public open house
12. Hold a broker Open House
13. Weekly check-in calls
14. Email you all feedback from showings
15. Review pricing weekly and notify you immediately of market changes
16. Strategize and negotiate on your behalf with the buyer/buyer agent.
17. Act as your advocate with buyer agents, lenders, appraiser, inspectors, and work for your best interests in the most professional manner possible.
18. Be available to answer your questions or to offer assistance at any time.
